At the AGM on Monday 12th June, the last to be chaired by David Colwill, the main topics of discussion were:
| Club maintenance | The courts will be unavailable for most of August whilst major work on the electrical system and a refurbishment of the courts is carried out. The floor of court 1 will be replaced. |
| Success of Juniors | The Junior section continues to prove very successful gaining a large amount of respect within the county. As many of us are aware, we have several highly capable youngsters who are terrorising members throughout the leagues. |
| Subscriptions | There will be a modest increase in subscriptions as membership is due for renewal at the start of October (Adults £75, Families £110). |
| Booking system | The facility allow members to top up booking credit via a debit or credit card will be enabled. A charge will be made for each card transaction. Members will still be able to purchase credit by paper means. |
